Amazon account management for brands that already sell

Listings, advertising, account health and inventory, run by people who do this every day. Most of our work starts on an account that is already turning over money and leaking more of it than anybody has noticed.

What’s included in Amazon

Account and compliance management

The operating layer nobody sees until it fails. Catalogue integrity, category approvals, documentation, brand registry, and the policy changes that arrive with no notice. When this fails it takes the rest of the account with it.

  • Catalogue and compliance, including variations and flat files
  • Category approvals, ungating and brand registry
  • Case handling and escalation with Amazon support

Seller Central and Vendor Central operations

Third party and first party are different businesses with different economics, tools and failure modes. Brands running both need them coordinated, because otherwise they compete with each other on the same detail page.

  • Seller Central day to day administration
  • Vendor Central purchase orders, chargebacks and terms
  • Hybrid 1P and 3P coordination on shared ASINs

Listing optimisation

Titles, bullets, descriptions and backend search terms. These decide what a listing is eligible to rank for at all, which is a separate problem from whether it converts once somebody arrives.

  • Titles, bullets and product descriptions
  • Backend search terms and indexing
  • Category placement and attribute completeness

Amazon SEO and keyword strategy

Amazon search is a purchase engine, not an information engine. It ranks what sells for a term, so the work is making a listing eligible for the right terms and then making it convert, not chasing authority signals that do not exist here.

  • Keyword research and reverse ASIN analysis
  • Search term report mining and ranking tracking
  • Indexing checks and strike zone keyword targeting

A+ content, Brand Store and creative

What happens to the traffic once it lands. Images, A+ modules, the Brand Store and the Brand Story module carry the argument the copy cannot make. Ranking a listing that converts badly just buys expensive traffic.

  • Listing images and main image compliance
  • A+ and enhanced brand content modules
  • Brand Store build and Brand Story module

Sponsored ads and PPC management

Structural before tactical: how campaigns are split decides what every later decision can see. Then the weekly discipline of reading search terms, adding negatives and moving bids inside a range somebody agreed.

  • Campaign structure across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display
  • Search term harvesting and negative keyword hygiene
  • Bid and budget management against agreed targets

Amazon DSP and retargeting

Programmatic display for accounts large enough to justify it, reaching audiences on and off Amazon. It is an amplifier rather than a starting point: DSP on a catalogue that does not convert spends faster without changing the outcome.

  • Audience building from Amazon shopping signals
  • Retargeting and competitor conquesting
  • Incrementality measurement where AMC is available

Account health and reinstatement

The urgent half of Amazon, on a different clock. An appeal written badly in the first week costs months. Suspensions, listing removals, IP and counterfeit complaints, and hijacker removal.

  • Suspension appeals and plans of action
  • Listing reinstatement and miscategorisation fixes
  • IP complaints, counterfeit and hijacker removal

Inventory, FBA and reimbursements

Out of stock is the most expensive event for a ranked listing, because the ranking decays while the product is unavailable and the advertising that bought it has already been paid for.

  • Demand forecasting and restock planning
  • Stranded, aged and unfulfillable inventory recovery
  • FBA reimbursement claims and reconciliation

Reporting, pricing and growth planning

Contribution margin rather than gross revenue, fee and returns analysis, unit economics per ASIN, category share, and a written plan that says what is being tried and what would make us stop.

  • Contribution margin and unit economics by ASIN
  • Fee, storage and returns analysis
  • Competitive tracking and a written quarterly plan

Every business model, on one account

Private label, wholesale, arbitrage, B2B through Amazon Business and hybrid 1P and 3P. Each has different economics, different gating exposure and different advertising logic, and most established brands run at least two at once.

  • Private label brand building and Brand Registry
  • Wholesale supply, gating approvals and reseller control
  • B2B pricing tiers through Amazon Business

How it works

  1. 01

    Audit

Two weeks of reading before touching anything. Account health, catalogue integrity, search term reports, listing quality against the top of the category, and the unit economics of every ASIN that matters. The output is a list of what is losing money now, ordered by how much and how quickly it can be stopped.

  2. 02

    Fix what is bleeding

The first month is not strategy. It is suppressed listings, stranded inventory, campaigns with no negatives, wrong category placement, missing images and unclaimed reimbursements. This work is unglamorous and is usually where the largest single month of improvement comes from.

  3. 03

    Build the structure

Campaign architecture, keyword strategy, content across titles, bullets, A+ and the Brand Store, and a forecast the supply chain can actually hit. This is the part that decides what the account is capable of, and it is done once and maintained rather than repeated.

  4. 04

    Run and report

Weekly operation against agreed targets, monthly reporting on contribution margin, and a quarterly review that includes what did not work. You keep your Amazon account, your data and your relationships throughout.
