Xcelerate Brands

Every marketplace you sell on, run by one team

Listings and catalogue, advertising, inventory, account health and the reporting behind them, on each platform and across all of them. One team means a pricing or stock decision on one channel is made knowing what it does to the others.

What we run in Marketplace Management

  • Amazon

    Amazon

Listings, advertising, account health and inventory, run by people who do this every day. Most of our work starts on an account that is already turning over money and leaking more of it than anybody has noticed.

    Learn More
  • Walmart

    Walmart

Listings, Walmart Connect advertising, catalogue compliance and fulfilment, run by a team that already does this on Amazon. Walmart rewards the brands that treat it as its own channel rather than as an Amazon export.

  • eBay

    eBay

Listings, Promoted Listings, catalogue structure and the seller performance metrics that decide whether any of it gets seen. eBay rewards consistency in a way the newer marketplaces do not, and it punishes lapses for longer.

  • TikTok Shop

    TikTok Shop

Shop setup, product content, affiliate and creator partnerships, live commerce and paid media. TikTok Shop sells through content rather than through search, which makes it the one marketplace where the creative is the distribution.

  • Shopify

    Shopify

Organic traffic, conversion and the technical work underneath both. Most Shopify stores are not losing to their competitors' content, they are losing to their own theme, their collection structure and a hundred pages Google never had a reason to index.

How it works

  1. 01

Read the category, not the account

Who ranks above you on each channel, where that position comes from, and which of their advantages are structural rather than a head start. This is what decides whether a channel is worth the investment at all.

  2. 02

Choose the channels and the order

Most brands should not open every marketplace at once. The plan names which channel comes first, what has to be true before the next one opens, and what we would not do.

  3. 03

    Run the operation

Listings, advertising, inventory, compliance and the daily work of live accounts, done by our team inside your accounts rather than handed over as a document to implement.

  4. 04

    Report on contribution

After fees, ad spend, returns and storage, per channel and across them. Growth on one marketplace paid for by margin lost on another is not growth.
