A suspended seller account, and the case that answers it
Deactivation, suspension, a failed verification or a policy warning that turned into one. We find the real cause, write the plan of action the platform's process expects, assemble the evidence and submit it through the right route. The decision is the marketplace's.

What’s included in Account Reinstatement
Root cause, not the notice
The performance notifications, case log, catalogue and supplier chain read together, to find what actually triggered the action.
- Notification history
- Case log review
- Supplier documentation

The plan of action
Root cause, corrective action and preventive measures, written in the order the reviewer reads them and with nothing that pleads.
- Root cause statement
- Corrective actions
- Preventive measures

Evidence and submission
Invoices, authorisations, identity and business documents checked before they go in, then submitted through the right route and followed.
- Document review
- Submission
- Follow-up and escalation

Verification and related accounts
Identity, address and bank verification failures, and the related-account findings that need a different case altogether.
- Verification cases
- Related account cases
- Escalation paths

How it works
- 01
Read the account
Every notification, every open case, the catalogue and the supplier history. The cause is usually in there and usually not what the notice says.
- 02
Write the plan
Root cause, what was corrected, what prevents it, with the evidence attached. Short, specific, and in the reviewer's order.
- 03
Submit and follow
Through the route the case type requires, then tracked and answered when the platform asks for more. Nothing is left to sit.
- 04
Fix the cause
Once the account is active, the supplier, listing or process that caused it is corrected so it does not come back.
